Deuteronomium 20:8

SV	Daarna zullen de ambtlieden voortvaren te spreken tot het volk, en zeggen: Wie is de man, die vreesachtig en week van hart is? Die ga henen en kere weder naar zijn huis; opdat het hart zijner broederen niet smelte, gelijk zijn hart.
WLC	וְיָסְפ֣וּ הַשֹּׁטְרִים֮ לְדַבֵּ֣ר אֶל־הָעָם֒ וְאָמְר֗וּ מִי־הָאִ֤ישׁ הַיָּרֵא֙ וְרַ֣ךְ הַלֵּבָ֔ב יֵלֵ֖ךְ וְיָשֹׁ֣ב לְבֵיתֹ֑ו וְלֹ֥א יִמַּ֛ס אֶת־לְבַ֥ב אֶחָ֖יו כִּלְבָבֹֽו׃
Trans.	wəyāsəfû haššōṭərîm ləḏabēr ’el-hā‘ām wə’āmərû mî-hā’îš hayyārē’ wəraḵə hallēḇāḇ yēlēḵə wəyāšōḇ ləḇêṯwō wəlō’ yimmas ’eṯ-ləḇaḇ ’eḥāyw kiləḇāḇwō:

AC	ח ויספו השטרים לדבר אל העם ואמרו מי האיש הירא ורך הלבב ילך וישב לביתו ולא ימס את לבב אחיו כלבבו
ASV	And the officers shall speak further unto the people, and they shall say, What man is there that is fearful and faint-hearted? let him go and return unto his house, lest his brethren's heart melt as his heart.
BE	And let the overseers go on to say to the people, If there is any man whose heart is feeble with fear, let him go back to his house before he makes the hearts of his countrymen feeble.
Darby	And the officers shall speak further unto the people, and shall say, What man is there that is timid and faint-hearted? let him go and return unto his house, lest his brethren's heart melt as well as his heart.
ELB05	Und die Vorsteher sollen weiter zu dem Volke reden und sprechen: Wer ist der Mann, der sich fürchtet und verzagten Herzens ist? Er gehe und kehre nach seinem Hause zurück, damit nicht das Herz seiner Brüder verzagt werde wie sein Herz.
LSG	Les officiers continueront à parler au peuple, et diront: Qui est-ce qui a peur et manque de courage? Qu'il s'en aille et retourne chez lui, afin que ses frères ne se découragent pas comme lui.
Sch	Und die Amtleute sollen weiter mit dem Volke reden und sagen: Wer sich fürchtet und ein verzagtes Herz hat, der gehe hin und kehre wieder in sein Haus zurück, damit er nicht auch das Herz seiner Brüder so verzagt mache, wie sein Herz ist!
